When I moved to Houston, in the summer of 2013, I immediately began researching restaurants and cookware stores and other culinary places and things in the area. I wanted to rapidly compile a list of all I needed to cook and dine and drink.
One of the names I found was Chantal Corp., a Houston-based manufacturer of pots, pans, tea kettles, and other cookware. In the fall of 2013, I heard about the company’s warehouse sale, went to it, and picked up a skillet. I liked it, use it still.
