What: Young Houstonians for Houston Children’s Charity
Where: Rosemont
PC Moment: The Montrose watering hole rooftop rocked with more than 130 young professionals who have seriously bought into the mission of Houston Children’s Charity, which is dedicated to improving the quality of life for the area’s underprivileged, abused and disabled children who might be otherwise overlooked.
Young Houstonians founding chair Rachael Gordon, and BMW representative Maria Moncada Alaoui served as the welcome committee for the millennial eager beavers. The Richland Companies and BMW of West Houston, a huge supporter of the non-profit, sponsored the event.
The car dealership also provided one of the many enticing raffle items — a luxury rental opportunity. And what would be a BMW party without one of the sexy four-wheelers on site? A white convertible with a big red bow was a hot enticement.
Happy raffle winners went home with various must-haves including an iPic Theaters gift certificate and dinner at Le Colonial, $500 worth of beauty products from Kharisma Hair Studio and a month of unlimited yoga at Black Swan Yoga.
Who: Charles Cannon, Carson Brown, Kendall Brown, Jason Scheinthal, Caroline Sherbrook, Alexis Peltier, Shamika and Melvin Johnson, Derrick Shore, Tyler Felt, David Lawson, Tucker Rice, Stewart Cartwright, Alyx Haraway, Caitlyn Pesl, Nadia Hadri, Youval Meicler and Scott Adair.
