PC Moment: Owners Cathy and Giorgio Borlenghi transformed their already Italian-influenced hotel into an elegant Italian palazzo where wait staff swirled through the event spaces with trays of prosecco and other adult libations. Executive chef Enrico Glaudo presented a spread of Italian specialties on a mile-long buffet table groaning under the delicious weight of everything from imported salamis and prosciutto to Italian cheeses and shrimp risotto.
David Brown‘s exuberant flowers added colorful Italian flair to the surroundings noted for the rich array of hand-painted murals, beautiful mosaic tile designs, patterned wood floors and antique carpets.
