PC Moment: Applause, applause for Baylor St. Luke’s nursing staff who strode the catwalk with authority as they modeled the best of spring fashions compliments of Neiman Marcus. The always-energized Deborah Duncan of KHOU CBS emceed the gathering that was chaired by Grace Kim and Catherine Langlois. Kudos to Norma Puente, a palliative care nurse and former Friends fellowship recipient, who received the Betty Trotter Award for Excellence, named for one of the organization’s founding members.
Proceeds support advanced education and training for nursing professionals at Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center.
