PC Moment: The 100 or so guests waiting in line to get the restaurateur’s signature on his spanking new book, With Gratitude, Johnny Carrabba, were not disappointed as they leafed through the pages of the food and family tome. For within, they found recipes for Carrabba’s signature parmesan dressing, for those to-die-for meatballs and for scores of other popular dishes that have contributed to his namesake’s restaurant’s 30-year-success.
