What: Houston Symphony Magical Morning, “Enchanted Holiday”

Where: The Briar Club

PC Moment: Oh what fun it was for the kiddies as well as the grown-ups when the annual brunch affair included the ever-popular instrument petting zoo, as well as holiday crafts, cookie decorating and magic tricks. But as one might expect of the season, the longest line was for the opportunity to have photos taken with a very jolly Santa.

Pianist Mary Box entertained with seasonal tunes while the more than 270 guests feasted on breakfast tacos, fruit, seasonal green salad, savory cheddar shortbread biscuits, doughnuts and more.

Applause, applause for chairs Ting and John Bresnahan and Erin and James Stewart.

Who: Elizabeth and David Anderson, Kristy Bradshaw, Aryn and Paul Di Lisi, Viviana and David Denechaud, Tammy Derzapf, Amanda and Adam Dinitz, Charlene and Bill Dwyer; Jennifer and Joshua Gravenor, Maureen Higdon, Anne and Jay Hughes, Rhonda and Mark Jones, Mary Lynn Marks, Kusum and Cody Patel, June and David Rabley, Caroline and Justin Simons, Ishwaria and Vivek Subbiah, Candace and Brian Thomas, Courtney and Bill Toomey, Betty Tutor and Beth Wolff.
