PC Moment: The stars of the evening were the designers Eve France, in from NYC (also an illustrious retailer whose eponymous Houston shop is fondly remembered), South African talent Hlengiwe Dube, and the internationally renowned Joyce J. Scott, whose work melds art and craft while raising social issues.
