In celebration of the impressive launch of the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston’s $450 million capital and endowment campaign and new redevelopment program, director Gary Tinterow welcomed donors to a dinner held in Cullinan Hall. The minimalist décor of ghost chairs and glass tables topped with white floral centerpieces and candles, all situated in the center of the expansive room, highlighted the importance of the booklet atop each place setting: an artistic rendering of the dramatic new campus, including a third building, a new Glassell and a conservation center.
Dining for MFAH: Nancy and Rich Kinder; Courtney and Christopher Sarofim; Cornelia and Meredith Long; Lynn Wyatt; Jeanie Kilroy and Wally Wilson; Michelle and Frank Hevrdejs; Frances Marzio; Phoebe and Bobby Tudor; Anne and Charles Duncan; Elise and Russell Joseph; Sharyn and Jim Weaver; Lynne and Joe Hudson; Bobbie and John Nau; Daniela and Manolo Sanchez; Isabel and Ransom Lummis; Cherie and Jim Flores; Cyvia and Melvyn Wolff; and Tom Brown.
