PC Moment: Puppies provided the perfect welcoming committee as guests celebrated 20 years of Paws Cause, SPCA of Texas’ annual fund-raiser. The crowd raised more than $180,000 while visiting furry friends, rocking out with hits from The British are Coming and sipping themed apértifs — Whiskerita and Tailwagging Punch, anyone?
