Champagne glasses in hand, guests admired rows of glass cases displaying bejeweled rings, necklaces, and bracelets, all of which are intricately handmade and meant to last as heirlooms for generations.
Matthew Trent first opened his trade shop three decades ago, when he began commissioning custom pieces. Now, the designer and his wife Lori Trent (who also operates East Dallas boutique The T Shop), produce a ready-to-wear collection plus specialty designs. They recently designed a custom engagement ring for their daughter Kiley, who wed in 2016.
Who: Lori and Matthew Trent, Kiley Trent, Lauren Murphy, John Clutts, Roger and Marena Gault, Kellie and Marc Armentrout, Joe Kaczynski, Amanda Rose, Ola Rojtasek, Rick and Carolyn Howard, Jeremy D, and Katherine and Bruce Winson.
