PC Moment: If you weren’t wearing at least something with a Valentino label, you might as well have stayed home. After all, the ever-creative hostess Vivian Wise, a devotee of the haute label, declared “Real women don’t do Valentine’s, they do Valentino.”
The well-heeled femmes poured into the swank Galleria boutique to celebrate Valentine’s a day early and to help raise funds for Wise’s non-profit, the Texas Legacy Foundation. They carried Valentino’s must-have chain bags and clutches, sported the signature rock-stud pumps and more than a few dressed in the designer’s to-die-for threads including Wise in a wispy “vintage” (2004) Valentino dress. And, oh, the classic Valentino reds!
