What: The American Heart Association Heart Ball

Where: The Hilton Americas-Houston

PC Moment: Seven hundred guests and corporate sponsors ponied up a grand total of $2.3 million for a heartfelt night that spotlighted community honorees Arvia and Jason Few and medical honoree Dr. David Persse. Among those sponsors contributing heavily to the bottom line was Tenenbaum Jewelers, represented by Tony Bradfield, Kevin Black, and Christina Stith, the trio accompanied by their BFF Marguerite Swartz.

Taking bows as successful gala chairs Debbie and Jack B. Moore. They shared the spotlight with the honored family of Kenya and Kelli Cager, who shared their family which experienced first hand the challenge of a child with a congenital heart defect.

Following dinner, the night rocked on with the AHA Young Professionals’ party headlined by the Georgia Bridgwater Orchestra.
