Though it may not be its diamond anniversary, The Gem Organic Juice Bar‘s goal of achieving “diamonds on your inside” is unwavering following five years in business.

After igniting Dallas’ obsession with leading a healthy lifestyle in 2012, co-founders Leslie Needleman and Mary Kathryn Bass agree that quality is the key to their success. Since then, the two entrepreneurs have grown the business to include two locations, an enormous menu (The Gem is known for its 100-percent organic, cold-pressed juice, smoothies, salads, and more), a host of special health counseling services, and even a blog.
