Since 2012, Carbone’s Fine Food and Wine has been offering Italian sandwiches, pastas, and desserts. Owned by chef Julian Barsotti, whose great-grandfather was born in Naples and Carbone’s is named for, the restaurant and grocery quickly gained popularity in Dallas for its fresh spaghetti, linguine, and cannolis. For lunch only, there are also sandwiches like the Italian combo and chicken parm hero. Carbone’s is currently open for dine-in and takeout service.
