Right down the street from Slow and Steady (in Elmwood) is another newish coffee shop, Little Joy. After opening right between Olmo Market and Herby’s Burgers in 2024, the shop just recently changed ownership to Allison Macalik and Russell Tibbits and got a new name. The family-friendly spot offers espresso drinks, matcha, kolaches, sandwiches, charcuterie boards, and more. Plans are also underway to serve beer and wine.
