All four of Chris Shepherd’s restaurants — One Fifth Mediterranean, The Hay Merchant, Georgia James, and UB Preserv — are open for both dine-in and curbside. Chris is also hosting Zoom cooking classes, many of which are using dishes from the cookbook.
