It seems there’s a holiday for everything. Today alone commemorates International Kissing Day, National Air Traffic Control Day, Take Your Webmaster To Work Day (we’re still trying to figure that one out) and Umbrella Cover Day. But every once in a while, a random national holiday catches our attention — such as today’s National Fried Chicken Day. We wouldn’t dare miss a chance to celebrate this delicious classic, so we visited Max’s Wine Dive to learn how to make their version of the beloved dish.
