Dallas’ Hottest Rooftop Bar Unveils a Celebrity Bartenders Program

If you’ve never breezed up to the rooftop of the NYLO Dallas South Side hotel — where the drinks are sweet and the view even sweeter — now’s the perfect time. On Tuesday, June 7, NYLO introduces its Bar Stars program, a monthly series highlighting a celeb bartender who will unveil three to six exclusive specialty cocktails.

Dallas’ Stephen Halpin, who has created award-winning Patrón cocktails for more than 15 years (and most recently spent time behind the bar at Parliament), kicks off the program Tuesday at the South Side location’s rooftop SODA bar, where he will reveal his menu and guest bartend from 6 to 9 pm.

Although all are encouraged to come celebrate the Bar Stars launch, Halpin’s craft cocktails will also be available throughout the month of June at all three of NYLO’s North Texas locations — Dallas, Las Colinas and Plano.
