Major Reality TV Star to Open a Bakery In Dallas

It’s lucky number 13 for Buddy Valastro: TLC’s Cake Boss star will open the 13th location of his famous Carlo’s Bakery in Dallas this March. The New Jersey native has set his sights on Preston Center, where the bakery will take over the 2,486-square-foot former La Madeleine space.

Our mouths are already watering at the menu offerings: Expect tasty treats such as the signature cannoli and lobster tail; pastries including éclairs, tarts, cupcakes, brownies and napoleons; and decadent pound cake, pies and cakes. Carlo’s will also offer its renowned custom cake service — if you’ve ever seen the show, then you already know what monumental creations Buddy and company are capable of.
