A Restaurant Dedicated to Toast
New Dallas Spot Makes Bread the Star
By Gabriella Bradley //
For Toasted Coffee + Kitchen, we’ll gladly ditch our no-carb diet.
With its menu of artisanal and all-natural, open-faced sandwiches, gourmet grilled cheeses, local-roast coffee, and cocktails, the new Lower Greenville eatery and bar (from co-founders Joel Roldan and Bob Sinnott) is elevating the notion of, yes, toast.

Dine alfresco and order the All Day B.A.E., topped with a black-bean spread, avocado slices, egg, queso fresco, and bacon. For something savory, opt for the Cocoa Nanner, with country bread (all breads are baked in-house), bananas, chopped chocolate, and sunflower sauce.
Toasted Coffee + Kitchen, 5420 Ross Ave., Suite 180, 972.925.0512.
