Mega Beauty Event to Take Over The Galleria

If you swoon at the sight of a new nail polish shade or get weak in the knees when Sephora introduces a new brand, then you won’t want to miss Beauty Live at Galleria Dallas, running Saturday, April 9 through Sunday, April 10.
The annual free event features a weekend of panelist discussions, shopping, giveaways, and hair and makeup demonstrations from beauty experts, plus a celebrity appearance or two. Once again hosted by Steve Kemble and Holly Quartaro, this year’s event will include a free braid bar by Toni & Guy, presentations by Anastasia Beverly Hills, palm readings (get a free nail polish at the end), tips on taking your best selfie, and more. Some highlights of the weekend:
Saturday, April 9 at 2 pm
Dior makeup artist Erik Martinez will share his beauty secrets. Word on the street is this presentation by Macy’s involves many a free product giveaway.
Saturday, April 9 at 3 pm
A Sephora makeup artist will talk about the best methods for correcting and concealing blemishes as part of your beauty routine.
Saturday, April 9 at 5 pm
Representatives from Lush will teach beauty fans about the importance of natural products and how to create their own blends.
Saturday, April 9 at 6 pm
Discussion of the upcoming Irving Penn exhibit, Beyond Beauty, at the Dallas Museum of Art (opening Friday, April 15). Moderated by Jan Strimple and featuring DMA panelists and fashion photographer Richard Krall.
Sunday, April 10 at 2 pm
“Real Housewives of Dallas” stars Tiffany Hendra and LeeAnne Locken will give fans their take on beauty.
