Pop-Up Shop Madness
A Famed Fashion Designer’s Surprise Adidas Collaboration Creates Major Texas Buzz
By Rosie Roberson //
Debuting his Spring 2017 collection this past weekend at New York Fashion Week, Alexander Wang confirmed the rumor of an Adidas collaboration in a special finale. The 84-piece capsule collection will be available this spring for a hot minute, considering it will fly off the shelves faster than you can say Adidas trefoil.
Until then, Nordstrom is giving Wang Squad members the chance to score one-of-a-kind pieces from every model’s best friend himself.
Through Sunday, October 9, Nordstrom NorthPark will host a pop-up shop of exclusive, limited-edition clothing, accessories, gifts, and home essentials for men and women. Shoppers will be able to buy everything from a gold-plated dice set to a black inflatable pool shark.
The collection of pieces spotlight Wang’s forever-young-and-goth aesthetic for those of us looking to express our inner Kylie Jenner (one of Wang’s newest muses for #WANGSQUAD).
The event is a continuation of the monthly Pop-In@Nordstrom series curated by Olivia Kim, Nordstrom’s VP of creative projects. Styles are also available for a limited time on the Nordstrom website.
