New Beer Garden Sprouts in Deep Ellum With a Garage Restaurant Feel: Sprawling Spot the Largest Bottled Blonde Yet

Just in time for the end of Oktober, Deep Ellum is getting a sprawling new beer garden. And if that’s not exciting enough, it also serves worthy pizza. Bottled Blonde Pizzeria + Beer Garden will make its debut at 505 N. Good Latimer Expressway on Thursday.
The Arizona-based restaurant features contemporary Italian food and an extensive selection of local craft beer. The Deep Ellum outpost will be the third and largest Bottled Blonde location yet.
The bar will have dozens of beers on draught from local and craft breweries such as Deep Ellum Brewing Co., Rahr and Sons, Lakewood Brewing, Revolver Brewing Co. and more. There will also be a selection of bottled beers and canned craft beers.
Bottled Blonde’s menu will feature a variety of stone oven pizzas, as well as roasted tomato toast, house-made spaghetti and meatballs and, surprisingly, burgers. The kitchen uses locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, and all of the pasta, pizza, sauces and salad dressing is made in-house. Consulting chefs Jared Porter and Joe Absolor designed Bottled Blonde’s from-scratch menu.
“We have always loved visiting the state of Texas and could not be more excited to be opening our third and largest location in Dallas,” says Les Corieri, owner of Bottled Blonde and co-founder of restaurant group EEG. “We’ve carefully crafted menu items and a beer selection that we hope reflects the outstanding culinary scene here and look forward to making Deep Ellum our next home.”
The restaurant’s cuisine and design are both a hybrid of a classic Italian kitchen and a German bier garden. The 10,000-square-foot restaurant will feature glass garage doors to mimic an al fresco dining experience, as well as a covered patio with lush greenery.
Bottled Blonde will be open for full service Mondays through Fridays from 3 to 10 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. The bar stay open until 2 a.m daily.
