Dallas’ Best Holiday Tea Services — From The Nutcracker-Themed to Storied Mansion Experiences

The most iconic Dallas holiday tea each year is at this French restaurant at The Adolphus hotel. For $85 per adult (and $35 for kids), the three-course menu comes with savory indulgences, scones, and pastries, two artisan tea pairings from Zatki, a complimentary glass of Champagne or a non-alcoholic offering, and discounted day valet parking.

Book your table now for Mirador’s Modern Holiday Tea, which takes place on select Saturdays from 10:30 am to 2 pm starting on November 7, plus Thursday, December 24, through December 26. Atop Forty Five Ten in downtown Dallas, you’ll enjoy a modern take on afternoon tea ($98 per adult and $35 for children 10 and under) with a three-course, dim sum-inspired menu of bites, The Cultured Cup and Mariage Frères teas, and penthouse views.

There’s also an option for guests to add on bubbly, mini martini flights, and Mirador’s signature caviar service.

The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas is hosting Holiday Tea at its signature restaurant, Fearing’s, beginning on November 28. Guests can make reservations between 11:30 am and 2 pm on Saturdays and Sundays through January 2. For $100 per adult (and $45 for kids), diners can expect seasonal savory offerings paired with sweets. Menu highlights include orange cranberry scones, the Milk Chocolate “Rudolph” Puff, and dark chocolate peppermint bars. There will also be a live harpist to round out the experience.

This favorite Uptown hotel will host its annual Nutcracker Holiday Tea starting November 14 and running through January 3. It will take place every Saturday and Sunday with seatings from 11 am to 1 pm. For $140 per adult ($60 for kids), the experience includes savory and sweet bites. A few highlights this year include the Sugar Plum Smoked Ham & Pimento Cheese Sandwich, Christmas Chicken Pecan Salad Croissant, Christmas Morning Cranberry-Orange Scone, and O Christmas Tree Matcha Cookie.

Recently rebranded back to its original name, Potpourri of Silk is a charming Bishop Arts District spot located in a small yellow house. It’s family-owned and serves afternoon tea all year round. But we’d have to say that tea during the holidays, usually December through the beginning of January, is the most magical. Christmas Tea at this iconic East Dallas mansion takes place from December 2 through 6 and December 9 through 13, at noon daily. For $75 per person, you’ll enjoy savory bites, scones, sweets, tea, and champagne. You can also add on a Mansion Tour with the VIP Tea & Tour ticket (December 5, 6, 12, and 13) for another $25.
