Pumpkin everything is back at Black Walnut this season. Packed with cozy, comforting flavors, this Woodlands staple’s treats are sure to put you in the fall mood.

Try out the pumpkin pancakes for fluffy, sweet stacks made with just the right hint of spice, or the pumpkin muffin with pumpkin buttercream, a treat that’s sure to become a favorite. Dessert options include the classic pumpkin cheesecake or a uniquely sweet and spiced pumpkin snickerdoodle cookie that’s perfectly chewy.

You can even top off your treats at Black Walnut with a warm hug in a mug with the pumpkin spice latte or pumpkin mocha coffee.

The Audrey is ushering in fall with new additions to its Chef’s Table menu, a rotating collection of seasonal dishes created by executive chef Alex Parra.

Opening the menu is the umami short rib croquettes finished with smoked paprika aioli and fresh herbs, alongside an everything bagel salmon roll.

The main entrees feature a grilled lamb T-bone served with honey-glazed baby carrots and charred rosemary, and a duck breast plated over pumpkin risotto with roasted pepitas and duck jus.

Fall-themed cocktails round out the meal with three seasonal favorites: the caramel apple mule, the pumpkin pie martini and the banana nut old fashioned.

State Fare is embracing fall with its new Chef’s Provisions menu. available only for a limited time. Highlights of the seasonal menu include the masa honey-bread Wagyu corndog dippers, The Big Dill smashburger and a Coca-Cola short rib with horseradish cheddar mashed potatoes.

The crawfish & pimento grilled cheese is an elevated twist on a cozy fall classic, and it’s a past guest favorite that’s back for the season.

Four new cocktails are also joining the menu: The Midway margarita, served frozen and topped with strawberry cotton candy, and the Carajillo Old Fashioned, which pairs 1792 small batch bourbon with Licor 43 and espresso. Fall Frozens bring a peach pie sangria and spiced berry surprise.

Tommy Bahama is featuring a special, limited-edition fall cocktail this season. Raise a glass to a cocktail that combines the tropical flavor of paradise with a rustic splash of Stetson’s Western lens called Saddle Up for Paradise.

The cocktail mixes Knob Creek rye whiskey and maple syrup for a warm, rustic backbone, while lemon, orange and pineapple juices bring the bright, island flavor that Tommy Bahama is known for.

Common Bond has launched a limited-time collection of handcrafted seasonal pastries and lattes inspired by the comforting flavors of fall.

Try out the pumpkin cream cheese croissant, a buttery, flaky croissant filled with spiced pumpkin filling, and the PSL Macaron filled with spiced pumpkin ganache and a hint of espresso. A fan favorite, the cream cheese cinnamon roll is a twist on the classic, topped with cream cheese icing.

Looking for something even more decadent? The pumpkin cream cheese entremet features layers of pumpkin cheesecake mousse, spiced caramel, crunchy caramel crisp and roasted pepita shortbread.

To complete the fall experience, Common Bond is also offering limited-time lattes: The pumpkin spiced latte and pumpkin praline latte are available both hot and cold. Other special fall offerings include a S’more latte, pistachio matcha and the pistachio cream cold brew.

If you want to turn the festive spirit up, consider pre-ordering the new pumpkin-shaped bagels at Brooklyn Cafe. These adorable treats are available in boxes of six or 12 bagels with pumpkin spice cream cheese. They’re perfect for an office celebration, a fall party, or just a delicious taste of fall to share with your family or friends.

Brooklyn Cafe is also offering seasonal drinks that you can sip on in the restaurant or take to go. Options include a pumpkin cream latte, pumpkin pie cold brew, Dubai chocolate matcha, salted caramel hot cocoa and caramel apple chai.

Thai Cottage is getting into the Halloween spirit with specials all month long. “Little Monsters” also have menu specials: the Ghoulish Fried Rice or the Monster Mash Noodle are available for kids under the age of 10. These plates come with three piece chicken nuggets, homemade sweet and sour sauce, and a free eyeball gummy.

For something sweet and refreshing, everyone can indulge in the non-alcoholic Witch’s Brew, which is a buttery creme soda topped with whipped cream and caramel.

Also available at The Woodlands location are some favorite fall treats, like the red snapper and prik khing topped with crispy basil and served with a hard-boiled egg and steamed jasmine rice. On the sweeter side, the Tub Tim Krob is also available — a Thai dessert with crisp water chestnuts in ruby-red tapioca paired with tender coconut meat and served in chilled coconut milk.
