PC Moment: Developers Randall Davis and  Roberto Contreras were in a very jolly mood as they welcomed some 250 guests for a holiday bash in a swank 15th floor dwelling, noted for its spacious 3,207 square feet and 10-foot ceilings. In addition to inspecting the three bedrooms with Eggersman custom cabinetry, the quarters, the private elevator entrance and the kitchen with state-of-the-art Gaggenau appliances, guests were mesmerized by the views.

Ten foot floor-to-ceiling windows in the living areas offer spectacular views of the downtown skyline while the bedrooms look toward Memorial Park and the Uptown Galleria area.

As a special effect, River Oaks District (just around the corner) personal shopper Lisa Powers filled the Closet Factory custom closets with must-haves from the district’s luxury retailers. And to make the season bright, Santa Claus was part of the festive party scene.

To insure that visitors were not put off by the construction site at ground level, Randall Davis Company and DC Partners tapped Savanna Gray of EnVogue Events to create a charming winter wonderland at the lobby level. Think snowy banks and sparkling trees, twinkle lights, holiday music and Titanium Tequila cocktails. Guaranteeing that this evening would be shiny and bright, Post Oak Motor Cars provided a bright red Bentley and a snowy white Rolls Royce as backdrops for Christmas wish photos. Event partner Priority One Aviation private jet aircraft was spotlighted as well.
