PC Moment: Frankel Building Group honcho Scott Frankel and his wife, Dara, hosted a cocktail reception fundraiser benefiting Evelyn’s Park Conservancy. Approximately 75 guests mixed and mingled while dining on party fare from Caswell and Company. Representatives from Evelyn’s Park presented plans for the vibrant five-acre green space currently under construction at the former historic Teas Nursery location on Bellaire Boulevard.
