It was, of course, with great pride that long-time Realtor Beth Wolff welcomed guests to her Tanglewood office for a festive celebration of her 40 years serving the real estate needs of Houston homeowners. Hand-in-hand in the anniversary fête was her son, Ed Wolff, who after 26 years of working with his mother now serves as president and CEO of Beth Wolff Realtors, Real Living, poised to lead the firm through future decades.
More than 200 friends, clients and family joined the early evening party to congratulate Beth Wolff, who as a single mother, started her firm when Ed was only 4 years old. Today, she serves as the founder and chairman of the firm that boasts 45 residential real estate agents.
As a special gift to her son, Beth Wolff presented Ed with a Baccarat Snoopy figurine wearing a gilded crown, an homage to a special family affection for Charlie Brown’s favorite pup. Applause all around for the clever anniversary memento.
Guests sipped champagne and noshed on light bites as they toured the offices where family photos through the years lined the walls. One of the most interesting being a black and white photo from the late 1880s of Beth Wolff’s grandparents in a horse and buggy in then downtown Houston.
PC Seen: Robin Angly and Miles Smith, Dana Kervin (recently retired from Houston Association of Realtors), April Lykos, Nancy Dinerstein, Susan and Edward Osterberg, José Oti, Cheryl Byington, Mary Ann and David McKeithan, Betty Tutor, Nancy and Hans Strohmer, Mary Ann and Dr. Bob Wilkins, Holocaust Museum Houston CEO Kelly Zùñiga, Evelyn and Dan Leightman, Maria Bush, Ann Ayre, and Rini and Ed Ziegler.
