What: Grand opening celebration of Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse
Where: Legacy West, Plano
PC Moment: On the eve of its official opening date, hungry guests packed the newest Del Frisco’s location to feast on corndog-battered lobster tails, jalapeño-bacon burger sliders, cheesesteak eggrolls, breaded mussels, shrimp, crab legs, and oysters.
Del Frisco’s is the second of many hot restaurants opening at the new Legacy West development (Shake Shack opened its doors at the end of March). The glamorous 14,000-square-foot, two-story space features two bars, five dining areas, four private dining spaces, patios, and a wine wall stacked with 9,000 bottles of vino.
