PC Moment: The sellout crowd sat in rapt attention as Elizabeth McIngvale, daughter of famed furniture entrepreneur Jim “Mattress Mac” McIngvale, spoke on her lifelong battle with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and the importance of having access to mental health care. Carole and Ronald Krist were presented the Samaritan Lifetime Achievement Award for their numerous contributions to the community and to the center which provides sliding fee mental healthcare to those in need. The Rev. Kip Gilts and the Texas Annual Conference of United Methodist Church received the Samaritan Spirit Award.
