Adorable Miniature Horse Stands Up for His Friends in Houston
Meet Mr. Munchie
By Anne Lee Phillips //
Renowned interior designer Ginger Barber has a passion for horses. Barber, an equestrian, has been a long-time supporter of the nonprofit Habitat for Horses, which secures the safety, well-being and health of horses and develops connections with humans who can benefit emotionally from equine involvement.
Barber has designed themed window displays at Memorial Antiques & Interiors, and will be unveiling them at a fun event benefitting Habitat for Horses. Habitat for Horses’ own miniature horse, Mr. Munchie, will preside over the festivities.
Supporters will enjoy sips and bites from the The Waffle Bus food truck, along with a 20-percent in-store discount. Special order photographs from equine photographer Kathy Oliver will be available, and trunk shows will be held by Fig Tree Jewelry, Page Gregory Matthews Designs, Sydney Claire Home, Gretchen Carr Candles, and others.
