PC Moment: It was the chicest of the chic who strolled into the sleek emporium of contemporary fashion for a ladies (plus a few gents) lunch in celebration of the upcoming CAMH gala. Co-chairs of the April 13 black-tie affair, Blakely Griggs, Melissa Mithoff and Kathrine Phelps, hosted the midday fete and The Webster owner Laure Hériard-Dubreuil swooped in from home base in New York to welcome the fashionable entourage.
The ladies and CAMH director Bill Arning dished on the upcoming fundraiser for which he has hand-picked a selection of provocative works by noted artists for the always spirited and competitive live auction. CAMH after-party chairs Margaret Naeve and Matt Johns were on hand as well to stir up interest in the second half of the gala evening.
Following high-level schmoozing and serious high-style shopping, guests sat down for lunch catered by Bella Compagnia. The menu included lemon caper chicken, rice pilaf and veggies.
