Restaurant Closing Can’t Stop the Fun

Where: SaltAir Seafood Kitchen
PC Moment: Award-wining mixologist Chris Morris of Ritual, formerly Hunky Dory, whipped up a hand-crafted cocktail, The Joyful Cup, inspired by HGO’s current production of La Traviata.
It was a perfect fall evening that saw the gathering of close to 100 spill out onto the restaurant patio. Guests were treated to an array of party foods including shrimp cocktail, French onion dip with caviar, beef satay, avocado spoons and mini crab cakes. The event was one of the last remaining special events before the Clark Cooper restaurant’s closing on October 27.
