Where: Kirby Ice House
PC Moment: For a first time event, it appears that HCC’s Young Houstonians for Houston Children’s Charity is off to a roaring start. More than 130 young professionals joined the happy hour networking opportunity where the rosé and the extended cocktail specials fuel spirited moments of getting-to-know-you. Young Houstonians founders Rachael Gordon and Alyx Haraway along with HCC’s marketing and communications director Caitlyn Pesl spread the word on the good works that this grass roots organization is known for.
In an interesting aside, event sponsors included Texas Mattress Makers (think HCC’s A Better Night’s Sleep program), Glam Time Photo Booth, Foxmark and the ice house.
Who: Jose Calderon, James Byrne, Nadia Hadri, Deborah Duncan, Blake Sanders, Maricelle Reed, Derrick Shore, Rachel Brown, Amery Ivey, Hudson Hoosier, Mason McEntire, Calsie Boye, Laura Miller, and Dee Brown.
