PC Moment: Movers and shakers, local celebs and chefs shared tables in the swank steakhouse’s second floor with paying guests who dared to ask whatever they wanted at this benefit for the T.J. Martell Foundation, which funnels funds to M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. Among those responding sometimes with candor, sometimes coyly at the second annual event were New York designer Hunter Bell, Asleep at the Wheel’s Ray Benson, Houston Rodeo chairman Jack Lyons, and the Suffers lead singer Kam Franklin.
