Lineup for Beloved First Lady’s Houston Celebration Gets Revealed

What: Barbara Bush Houston Literacy Foundation’s 2017 “A Celebration of Reading Author Reveal and Holiday Soirée”

Where: The Memorial area home of Rhonda and Michael Graff

PC Moment:  Supporters and friends of the foundation gathered for announcement of the authors for the April 20, 2017, “A Celebration of Reading” at Hobby Center. Foundation co-chair Neil Bush (his wife, Maria, is also co-chair) divulged that Sue Grafton, author of the alphabet mystery series, including X, Bill Browder, acclaimed businessman and author of Red Notice, and comedian Jim Gaffigan, author of Food: A Love Story, will share the spotlight. And there was the hint that one or two more authors will join the fundraiser. Former first lady Barbara Bush appraised it all from her perch in a comfy chair near the fireplace.
