This high-profile annual gala includes irresistible samplings from 25 of Houston’s top chefs, as well as select wines, craft beers and cocktails, plus live and big board auctions. Participating restaurants include Mockingbird Bistro, Culinaire, Fleming’s, Grace’s, KUU, Ouisie’s Table, Peli Peli, Revolve Kitchen + Bar, Mark’s, Liberty Kitchen, Añejo, Nino’s/Pronto Cucinino, Pico’s, Triniti, Sullivan’s Steakhouse, Killen’s Steakhouse, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Hilton Americas–Houston and Red Dessert Dive, with libations from Becker Vineyards, Silver Eagle Distributors and Double Cross Vodka. For Platinum Sponsors, Charles Clark will also prepare a three-course dinner featuring truffles donated by Roederer USA. This year’s event, chaired by Rachel Regan and Michelle L. Smith, honors Dr. Huda Zoghbi (medical honoree), Cynthia and Anthony Petrello (community honorees), chef Charles Clark (culinary honoree), Debbie and Steve Sukin (ambassador family), and Texas Children’s Hospital (corporate honoree). One hundred percent of the funds raised will go directly to the March of Dimes.
