PC Moment: The lighthearted crowd was living it up at the one-year anniversary celebration for the chic boutique. Guests delighted in signature cocktails and festive cupcakes while getting their hair braided by Dear Clark Salon. Ten percent of the proceeds from the event went to the Assist the Officer Foundation , a timely act of beneficence in honor of the city’s recent fallen heroes.
