PC Moment: Architect Robert Fowler was all smiles as a throng of home seekers descended on his latest design, a $1,499,000 contemporary at 1810 West Bell Street. Fowler joined forces with builder Leo Parker to create this unique urban oasis that is within walking distance of River Oaks Shopping Center. Listing agent Cynthia Cooke of Beth Wolff Realtors and Beth Wolff, herself, joined the party.

The invitation list included potential buyers, clients, real estate agents and friends, all of whom too the self-guided tour of the four-bedroom, 3,775 square foot dwelling.
