Help the Houston Chapter of the American Lung Association raise money for lung research, education and community programs at this premier culinary event. The organization’s Young Professionals group, board members and volunteers have whipped up a delicious evening of tastings from Houston’s hottest restaurants, including Tony’s, Adair Kitchen, Benjy’s, Brennan’s, Coppa, KUU, Pinkerton’s BBQ and Rainbow Lodge. Also on the menu are signature cocktails, a silent auction, silver spoon drawing and masquerade-themed entertainment. The chef honoree is Tony’s executive chef Kate McLean; the Lung Force Hero is Anne Schneider, a six-year lung cancer survivor. Sponsoring the evening are Texas Children’s Hospital and Houston Woman magazine, with PaperCity magazine as media sponsor.
