PC Moment: ROCC went equestrian chic for the third annual gala benefitting the therapeutic horsemanship nonprofit SIRE, which maintains 27 horses with rhythmic gaits for riders with disabilities, improving their balance, flexibility and self-esteem. More than 250 equine enthusiasts gave Alexis Manse a standing ovation as her mother. Brandie Webb, shared Alexis’ progress through her two years of SIRE therapy.
