Where: The Southmore (the swank new rental high-rise by Hines)
PC Moment: Interior designers Kelie Mayfield and Erick Ragni of Mayfield and Ragni Studio introduced partygoers to the luxury apartment tower and the exceptional amenities. While sipping margaritas, cocktails and designer water, guests were invited to check out the wine tasting room, the residential lounge, the conference room, the Asia lounge, the incredible screening room, the sports lounge, the catering kitchen, the seventh floor pool and party room, the Wi-Fi cafe, and more, all designed by the MaRS team. Fueling the touring energy were light bites from La Griglia.
Of special note was the building’s art collection with pays homage to the entities surrounding Museum District where The Southmore rises on Caroline Street within walking distance of the city’s iconic museums.
