PC Moment: Michelle and James Mouton invited supporters to their swell home for a night of Mexican fare from Sylvia’s Enchilada Kitchen.
The intimate fundraiser garnered more than $70,000 for SpringSpirit, which provides underserved youth with encouragement and growth through sports, education and mentoring programs based on Christian principles. Since its founding a decade ago, the non-profit has grown to serve more than 800 youngsters.
