The Houston Methodist Translational Research Initiative blends the work of traditional physicians with those (such as Horner, the scientific director of the Center for Neurogeneration, and Weiner, professor of clinical orthopedic surgery, who researches bone regeneration) in the lab, a signature mix of three different fields represented by three different doctors involved with the same concepts of regenerative medicine, benefactors of the TRI.
