What: Strong Travel’s Dinner for The Beaumont Hotel
Where: The Home of Kay and Jim Strong
PC Moment: Dallas-based luxury travel agency Strong Travel hosted an intimate dinner party with its closest friends and clients in honor of two visitors from London’s Beaumont Hotel. Jannes Sorensen, general manager of The Beaumont Hotel and Kate Dixon, director of sales and business development, received a warm welcome to the Lone Star State.
The chic hotel is a perfect match for luxury travelers. Located in London’s West End, The Beaumont is a five-star hotel that overlooks Brown Hart gardens. These gardens are so special that there is actually an old law that prohibits arguing within their beautiful confines (no kidding). The hotel itself lives up to its surroundings with an old school London feel, including The Cub Room (a haven for whiskey and cards). There is even a complimentary chauffeur-driven vintage Daimler at guests’ beck and call.
Who couldn’t use a little bit of that London in Dallas? Over the seated three-course dinner, guests sipped wine and shared tales of past travels. Unsurprisingly, wanderlust ensued.
