Dallas Bachelorette Couple Becomes House Flipping Reality TV Stars

Ready or Not, Cash Pad is Coming

BY // 07.10.19

Former Bachelorette stars, JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers, are reintroducing themselves to the reality TV world as house flipper aficionados this summer. The Dallas couple, who got engaged on the 12th season of The Bachelorette, will be teaching homeowners how to flip houses on Cash Pad.

As a Dallas-native, Fletcher has a background in real estate development and remodeling homes in the city. The 28-year-old grew up in Dallas, and was a pre-med major at Baylor University in Waco before flipping to real estate.

Dallas, Austin and Phoenix will be the three cities that the couple will feature in the show, with two episodes set in Dallas. The goal is to transform properties into profitable short-term rentals, or Airbnbs. The eight episode series will follow Fletcher and Rodgers as they flip potential vacation homes, whether they be an old shipping container, airstream, or garage.

First up, in Stonewall, Texas, Henry and Karen Rolhfs are empty nesters looking to convert their cottage into an upscale, short-term rental. Stonewall is a romantic tourist destination right in the middle of Texas wine country with very few rental options. Fletcher and Rodgers will have a week or so to transform the abandoned property into something worth renting.

Cash Pad will premiere on Tuesday, July 23 at 9 pm on CNBC. Check out a sneak peak of the new series below.
