Iconic Dallas Hotel Gets a New Name, and a $30 Million Upgrade

A rose by any other name … The historic Rosewood Crescent hotel reclaims its roots this month with a return to its original moniker, Hotel Crescent Court, following Fort Worth-based Crescent Real Estate LLC’s acquisition of the destination.
The independently owned hotel is undergoing a whopping $30 million renovation to update amenities as well as the overall guest experience, all the while retaining the classic charm and elegant ambiance that distinguish the hotel as one of the state’s finest.

Dallas-based waldrop+nichols studio leads the interior design transformation — upgrading guest rooms, the spa, banquet halls, and meeting rooms — while HEI Hotels & Resorts now operates the hotel with former manager of Washington, D.C.’s, upscale Park Hyatt, Andrew Davidson, serving as general manager.
