PC Moment: It’s a rare occasion to find uber talent Lyle Lovett performing in an intimate gathering thus making this black-tie evening extra special for the sellout crowd of 400. So appreciative were guests of Lovett’s 90-minute performance in the country club ballroom that they gifted him with a standing ovation.
Cochairs Laura Kent and Terry Agris were over the moon with the night that raised $400,000. Funds will support the Blue Bird Circle Clinic for Pediatric Neurology, the Blue Bird Circle Developmental Neurogenetics Laboratory at Baylor College of Medicine, the Blue Bird Circle Rett Center and the Blue Bird Circle Clinical Research Center at Texas Children’s Hospital.
