Event designer Todd Fiscus and restaurateur Sara Tillman recently transformed their Fort Worth Tillman’s Roadhouse location into a new concept. Fort Worth Market + Table is three concepts in one: Table, an upscale sit-down eatery with seating for 44; Market, a gourmet grocer offering to-go juices, salads, sandwiches, cheeses and more; and Living Room @ Market, a cozy spot offering everything from lunch to coffee to craft cocktails and 16 local brews.
Chef Kalen Morgenstern, whom you might have spotted on Hell’s Kitchen, is the brain behind the menu for all three, spinning dishes such as savory flatbread with wild mushrooms, roasted acorn squash and seasonal peppers, plus the most divine gluten-free oatmeal raisin cookies. As per the name, everything is prepared with healthy, market-fresh ingredients — so you can break those New Year’s resolutions guilt-free.
