A great alternative to leggings that’s seriously fashionable, the over-the-knee boot has been around for years, but this season it’s reinvented, thanks to designers such as Gianvito Rossi and Stuart Weitzman. Earth-tone suedes — camel, soft gray, burgundy — and pointed-toe tip boots are all the hype, anchored with either a thick block heel or a stiletto (there doesn’t seem to be an in-between) — see the Alice + Olivia Dae boot famously worn by the Kardashian/Jenner sisters.
Pair the hyper-extended boot with jeans and a cozy knit sweater, with a flowy dress for brunch or a mini skirt for a Saturday-night date with the girls.
